Finally, try to avoid pollutants, plastics and pesticides, which can mimic the effects of the female hormone estrogen, reducing your sperm production. Because of the effects of industrialization, sperm counts are 50% lower today than they were 50 years ago. So eat organic, avoid storing or wrapping food in plastic or using plastic bottles, protect yourself against chlorine and other chemicals at work.
